My favorite electric mixer is a Bosch Universal Mixer. I haven’t really compared all of the different mixers to know which is rated the highest. I just know that in the late 80s I wanted to make bread using freshly ground wheat and this mixer came highly recommended, and it has been a workhorse ever since! This mixer has attachments. I have the citrus juices, meat grinder and blender. I used to use them all until I got the vita mix. I don’t even remember the last time I used the blender.
