Ayurvedic Smoothie

Ingredients
- Half bunch of dandelion greens, cleaned and destemmed
- Half bunch of cilantro, cleaned and destemmed
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and cored
- 1 small seedless cucumber, peeled
- 2″ fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1-1/2 cups filtered water
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime juice equivalent
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
- 1 cup organic wild blueberries (Trader Joe’s frozen)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until combined.

- Additional ingredients can be Collagen, nut butters, radish, Jerusalem Artichokes, 1 tbsp raw honey
